1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Comandero account you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, we can’t provide the service.
2. Trial period
We offer 14 days of free trial. At the end, we’ll notify you to pick a plan. If you don’t pick one, the account is suspended (your data isn’t deleted for 30 days).
3. Billing and cancellation
Billing is monthly and recurring. You can cancel anytime from the panel. After cancellation, the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Your data is yours
Your restaurant’s data (products, sales, customers) belongs to you. You can export it anytime. If you cancel, we give you 30 days to download it before deletion.
5. Privacy
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties. We use infrastructure services (cloud, email) that meet security standards. For more details, write to hola@comandero.cl.
6. Support
WhatsApp and email support during business hours. Average response time: under 4 hours. 24/7 support available on Enterprise plans.
